hoy nena, magtrabaho ka muna…
It’s a Sunday and I’m at work. What could be cooler than that? Its really hard to be a proletariat… *sigh* I’m missing Pablo, my helmet crab. I could have brought him here with me but anyways… I’m here all alone… neither my manager nor supervisor is at my sight. I’ve been killing soo much time since I arrived. I’m actually supposed to be doing a background investigation report at this point but I guess this is what they call “writer’s block” Nyahaha… Seriously, I better start working and being productive. That’s a part of the company’s Seven Habits of a Highly Effective People. Habit 1 says you have to be Proactive. Habit 2 says you have to begin with the “end ” in mind –whatever that means. Habit 3 says you have to put first things first. Habit 4 says you have to think “win-win.” Habit 5 says you have to seek first to understand then to be understood. Habit 6 says you have to Synergize. And finally, Habit 7 says you have to sharpen the saw. *sigh* Rules. Aren’t they too hard to follow? My habits are just exactly the opposite of those that they’ve set. I must admit, I aint a perfect employee then (though they say I have to be because I belong to a department wherein each of us are expected to do the “right” things and be role models to others) but in fact, I think no one is. That’s based on my keen observation here. Yeah, I’m born to criticize -even my own self. Hahaha! So for those megalomaniac superiors that I’ve met…..
We’ll see.
as for now, im gonna go back to work… *sings to the tune of jimmy eat world*
